2. No Transportation Services

GoSafari does not provide transportation services. All transportation services are provided by independent drivers who are solely responsible for:

• The condition and safety of their vehicles
• Compliance with all traffic and vehicle safety laws of Nepal
• Valid licensing, registration, and insurance
• Safe driving practices

3. Limitation of Liability

GoSafari, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:

• Any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during rides
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during transportation
• Actions or conduct of drivers or passengers
• Delays, cancellations, or service interruptions
• Disputes between users and drivers regarding fares or services

• You use the platform and ride services at your own risk
• You are responsible for verifying the condition of the vehicle before boarding
• You should wear seatbelts where available and follow safety guidelines
• You must behave respectfully and lawfully during rides

5. Driver Responsibility

Drivers using the GoSafari platform are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance
• Ensuring their vehicle is roadworthy and safe for passengers
• Adhering to all traffic rules and regulations of Nepal
• Paying applicable taxes on their earnings
• Providing accurate information in their driver profile

6. Third-Party Services

GoSafari may integrate with third-party services for payments, maps, or other functionality. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of these third-party services.

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Service may be affected by:
