1. Driver Subscription Refunds

Driver subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, the fee cannot be refunded, regardless of usage or cancellation of the subscription.

This policy exists because:

  • Subscription fees grant immediate access to the platform and its features.
  • The subscription model supports the ongoing maintenance and development of the app.
  • Drivers have full visibility of subscription terms before purchase.

2. Ride Payment Disputes

GoSafari acts as an intermediary platform connecting passengers with drivers. Ride fares are negotiated and agreed upon directly between users and drivers.

  • Payments made directly to drivers (cash or digital wallets) are handled between the passenger and driver.
  • GoSafari is not responsible for disputes regarding payment amounts agreed upon outside the app.
  • Any disputes should be resolved directly between the parties involved.

3. Cancellation by GoSafari

In rare cases where GoSafari must cancel or terminate a driver's account due to:

  • Violation of Terms and Conditions
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Non-compliance with Nepali law

No refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period.

4. Technical Issues

If a driver experiences significant technical issues that prevent them from using the platform for an extended period, they may contact our support team. Refund decisions in such cases will be made at the sole discretion of GoSafari management.

5. Subscription Changes

GoSafari reserves the right to change subscription fees and terms with prior notice. Any changes will apply to new subscriptions or renewals only and will not affect active subscription periods.
